Outside the numbered area, there are three boxes indicating the first, second and third dozen. They are paid 2:1.

Even or odd

It is betting that one number will be odd or even placing a chip in one of the two boxes. It pays 1:1.

Red or black

Will be betting that a red or black number by placing a chip in one of the two boxes. It pays 1:1.

Column

You bet on numbers from the first, second or third column. It pays 2:1.
